Improving Mental Health & Wellbeing Through Movement, Fun, and Play!

Welcome back to 2019 everyone, I hope that you are well rested and ready to attack the year head-on. I will keep today’s email short and sweet, and I just wanted to touch base after the summer holidays.
We have already had some wonderful guests on the podcast, where you will gain so much from listening to these experts.
We also have a number of professional development dates locked in for term one and two around the world. These workshops are designed to help improve mental health & wellbeing through movement, fun, and play!

If we are not coming to a location near you, please feel free to hit replay and inquire about our full school and staff meeting packages for your school. You can watch this short video of some of the testimonials we have received over the past three years.
PD’s are meant to be fun, and that’s precisely what we offer.

Finally, in the next two months, we have a brand new podcast and 30-day happiness challenge coming for our Jugar Life project. As well as an Android version of the app for everyone to use for FREE.

This is very exciting and something that we can’t wait to share with you. Here is a little sample of what we are creating for everyone.
