Movement is life. It heals and restores the body. Sometimes the word ‘exercise’ triggers stress, defeat, or a flight response. The simple fact is that exercise like a lot of things in life comes in a number of different forms, intensity and methods.

We have found that if you approach movement and exercise with a sense of creativity and play, participants become focused on the sheer enjoyment of the game more than the actual exercise. This comes down to one of our favourite sayings, ‘sneaky fitness’ as it doesn’t feel like you’re exercising.
